11.\nAPPROVE AMENDED AND RESTATED NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION\nSYSTEM (NPDES) STORMWATER PERMIT IMPLEMENTATION AGREEMENT\nThat the City Council:\nA. Approve the Amended and Restated National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES)\nStormwater Permit Implementation Agreement ("Agreement") between the County of Orange, Orange\nCounty Flood Control District (District), and participating Orange County cities (collectively called\nPermittees); and,\nB. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement and any related documents necessary to\nimplement the terms of the Agreement.
