The report\ncontains a reference to the existing plans and specifications for the area to be maintained, the\nestimated cost to maintain for the Fiscal Year period of July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027, and the\nassessment diagram.\nRecommendation: That City Council adopt a resolution approving, on a preliminary basis, the\nEngineer’s Report and setting the Public Hearing for May 18, 2026.
