30.\nCONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE CONTRACT WITH R3 CONSULTING GROUP, INC.,\nFOR ADD-ON CONSULTING SERVICES IN SUPPORT OF REVIEWING THE PROPOSED TRANSFER OF WRT’S\nINTERESTS IN THE FRANCHISE AGREEMENT TO USA WASTE (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE Amendment No. 2 to the Contract Services Agreement with R3 Consulting Group, Inc., to\nprovide additional consulting services, by adding an additional $15,000 for a new total contract amount\nof $90,000; and,\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 2 to the Contract Services Agreement with R3\nConsulting Group, Inc., following approval as to form by the City Attorney.\nSPECIAL ORDERS OF THE DAY (Item 31-33)\nPublic testimony is restricted to three minutes per speaker, speaking once (excepting applicants who are\nafforded a right of rebuttal, if desired), unless\nextended by order of the Mayor with the approval of the City Council.
