Introduce, and conduct a first reading, by title only, of Ordinance No. 1801 entitled: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN CLEMENTE, CALIFORNIA, ADDING SECTION 12.28.025 TO THE SAN CLEMENTE MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE TEE TIME RESERVATIONS.
