11F. CONTRACT AWARD - PRODUCTION OF THE CITY’S ANNUAL FOURTH OF JULY FIREWORKS DISPLAY, AND FINDING THE ACTION EXEMPT FROM THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT\nRecommended Action: Adopt Resolution No. 26-70, which will:\n1. Find the activity categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under Class 23 of the CEQA Guidelines, Section 15323 (Normal Operations of Facilities for Public Gatherings, 14 CCR 15323).\n2. Award a three-year Professional Services Agreement to Fireworks & Stage FX America, LLC for the production of the City’s annual Fourth of July fireworks show for the years 2026 through 2028 in a total contract amount not to exceed $185,000.\n3. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C26-29, by and between the City of San Clemente and Fireworks & Stage FX America, LLC., providing for the production of the City’s annual Fourth of July fireworks show for the years 2026 through 2028, in a total contract amount not to exceed $185,000.
