11H. CONTRACT AWARD - COSTERO RISCO PRESSURE REDUCING STATION REHABILITATION, AND FINDING THE PROJECT CATEGORICALLY EXEMPT FROM THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT\nRecommended Action: Adopt Resolution No. 26-72, which will:\n1. Find the Costero Risco Pressure Reducing Station Rehabilitation, CIP Project No. 11404 categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under Class 1 (Existing Facilities, 14 CCR section 15301) of the State CEQA Guidelines.\n2. Award the Costero Risco Pressure Reducing Station Rehabilitation contract to Oppenheimer National.\n3. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C26-31, by and between the City of San Clemente and Oppenheimer National, providing for the Costero Risco Pressure Reducing Station Rehabilitation, in an amount not to exceed $124,150.
