28.\nORDINANCE NO.\n6625\n(ADOPTION) AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF\nANAHEIM amending Chapter 17.08 (Subdivisions), Chapter 17.34 (Development Fees) and\nChapter 17.36 (Public Safety Facilities and Vehicle Equipment Impact Fees) of Title 17 (Land\nDevelopment and Resources) of the Anaheim Municipal Code and finding and determining that\nthis ordinance is not subject to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to\nSection 15060(c)(2), 15060(c)(3) and 15061(b)(3) of the State CEQA Guidelines, because it will\nnot result in a direct or reasonably foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment\nbecause there is no possibility that it may have a significant effect on the environment and\nbecause it is not a project as defined in Section 15378 of the CEQA [introduced at the Council\nmeeting of March 24, 2026, Public Hearing Item No. 29].\nBUSINESS CALENDAR:
