14.\nApprove a Cooperative Agreement with the City of Buena Park, in an amount not to exceed\n$56,000 plus a 10% contingency for a total authorized amount of $61,600, for Anaheim’s share of\nthe construction of the Dale Street Rehabilitation from Crescent Avenue to State Route 91\nProject, and authorize the Director of Public Works, or designee, to execute the agreement and\nrelated documents and to take the necessary actions to implement and administer the\nagreement.
