15.\nApprove eight Professional Services Agreements, each in an amount not to exceed $600,000 per\nyear for a total amount for each not to exceed $3,000,000, for on-call consulting support services\nfor Clean Water Act Permit Compliance Programs for the Development Services Section of the\nDepartment of Public Works, for a one year term with four one-year optional renewals, authorize\nthe Director of Public Works to execute the agreements and take the necessary actions to\nimplement and administer the agreements; and authorize de minimis changes that do not\nsubstantially change the terms and conditions of the agreements, so long as such changes are\ndetermined to be de minimis by the City Attorney’s Office [EEC Environmental, Fuscoe\nEngineering, Inc., Geosyntec Consultants, Inc., GSI Environmental, Inc., Michael Baker\nInternational Inc., Recupero and Associates, Inc., Tetra Tech, Inc., WSP USA Inc.].
