16.\nApprove the Purchase and Sale Agreement with Servite High School, in the acquisition payment\namount of $65,000, for the purchase of real property located at 1952 W. La Palma Avenue (APN\n072-131-12), for a Storm Drain Easement for the La Palma Avenue Storm Drain Improvements\nProject; and authorize the Director of Public Works to accept City Deed No. 12924 (APN 072-\n131-12, ACQ 2025-01651) for property located at 1952 W. La Palma Avenue conveying to the\nCity of Anaheim certain real property interests granted in conjunction with the project and\nauthorize the City Clerk to attest and cause said Deed to be recorded in the Office of the Orange\nCounty Recorder.
