8.\nApprove Contract Number No. MA 106-498975 with Johnson Controls Fire Protection LP, in an\namount not to exceed $543,631.15 inclusive of all applicable taxes and a 20% contingency, for\ntesting, inspections, and emergency repair services for the fire suppression system at the\nAnaheim Convention Center for a one year term; and authorize the Purchasing Agent, or\ndesignee, to execute all necessary contractual documents related to the agreement in\naccordance with Sourcewell Cooperative Master Agreement No. 121024-JHN.
