Authorize the City Manager to execute a lease agreement with AldridgeElectric, Inc., to compensate the City $8,011 per month, for the lease of 2,370square feet of office space located at the Santa Ana Regional TransportationCenter for a term beginning April 21, 2026 and expiring December 31, 2026, fora lease agreement amount of $66,768, with provisions for up to twelve, one-month extensions, for a total lease agreement amount of $165,780 (AgreementNo. A-2026-XXX).
