Adopt City Council Resolution No. 2026-XX approving the Site Control Award Letter with Option Agreement issued by the City of Moreno Valley to Rancho Belago Developers, Inc., a California corporation ("RBD" or "Developer") or its affiliate for development of the Legacy Ridge Senior Affordable Housing Project, including authority for the City Manager in consultation with the City Attorney to execute and implement the Site Control Award Letter and Option Agreement.
