21.\nAPPROVAL OF AGREEMENT WITH PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK (PCN) FOR CALL\nCENTER SERVICES AND RELATED INDEMNIFICATION PROVISIONS (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE the agreement entered into with Professional Communications Network (PCN) for call\ncenter services related to illegal fireworks complaints; and,\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the City Manager's execution of the agreement approved as to form by the City\nAttorney.
