APPROVE Amendment No. 2 to the Contract Services Agreement with Swayzer Corporation to\ncontinue providing mowing and landscape maintenance services from May 28, 2026, through May 28,\n2027, for a total contract amount not to exceed $1,217,924.40 (Exhibit No. 3); and,\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 2, subject to final approval by the City Attorney as\nto form.
