11.\nCONSIDER APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH VASQUEZ AND\nCOMPANY LLP TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL AUDITING SERVICE OF THE CITY'S FISCAL YEAR ANNUAL\nCOMPREHENSIVE FINANCIAL REPORT (ACFR), SINGLE AUDIT REPORT (SAR) AND THE FINANCIAL AND\nCOMPLIANCE AUDIT FOR THE MEASURE W - SAFE, CLEAN WATER REGIONAL PROGRAM (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE a professional auditing services agreement with Vasquez and Company LLP to perform\nthe professional auditing services, including the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR), Single\nAudit Report (SAR), Air and Quality Management Report (AB2766), and the financial and compliance\naudit for the Measure W – Safe, Clean Water Regional Program, for a total contract amount not to\nexceed $495,000 over a five-year term; and,\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the contract, following approval as to form by the City Attorney.
