Approve, and authorize the City Manager to sign, the Memorandum of Understanding\nwith MUSCO Lighting LLC. for improvements at Pantera Park; and\nB. Appropriate $17,000 from the Park Development Fund (262) for the procurement and\ninstallation of two Bison basketball hoops.
