7.7 Agreement with the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority for the\nFulfillment of Unprogrammed Federal Surface Transportation Program — Local Funds.\nRecommended Action:\nA. Determine that approving the fund exchange agreement and allocating the fund\nto the Project, are exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\nunder Section 15301(c) of the CEQA Guidelines;\nB. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to sign, the Fulfillment Agreement with\nthe Los Angeles County Metropolitan Authority for the STP-L fund of the Diamond\nBar Complete Streets Project in a not-to-exceed amount of $1,166,000; and\nC. Approve and authorize changes to the funding for the Project as provided.
