A. 2025 ANNUAL GENERAL PLAN & HOUSING REPORTS\nThe City Council is requested to receive the 2025 annual General Plan and\nHousing reports.\nPresenter:\nCommunity Development Supervisor\nRecommendation:\n1. Receive the 2025 Annual General Plan and Housing reports;\n2. Find the annual reports exempt from review under the California Environmental\nQuality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15306 (Information Collection) of the\nCalifornia CEQA Guidelines; and\n3. Approve the annual reports and direct staff to file them with the Department of\nHousing and Community Development (HCD) and Governor’s Office of Land\nUse and Climate Innovation (LCI).
