(40)\n26-4118-S4\nCD 9\nRESOLUTION (PRICE - RODRIGUEZ) relative to designating a\nlocation in Council District 9 for enforcement against sitting, lying,\nsleeping, or storing, using, maintaining, or placing personal property, or\notherwise obstructing the public right-of-way, as further detailed in Los\nAngeles Municipal Code (LAMC) Section 41.18.\nRecommendations for Council action:\n1. RESOLVE, pursuant to Section 41.18 (c) of the LAMC, to\ndesignate the following location for enforcement against sitting,\nlying, sleeping, or storing, using, maintaining, or placing\npersonal property, or otherwise obstructing the public right of\nway, up to the maximum distance and effective for the\nmaximum period of time prescribed, and as further detailed in\nthe LAMC:\nA. 6818 South Avalon Boulevard – Designated Facility\nB. 5413 South Avalon Boulevard – Wetlands\nC. 110 Freeway – 59th Place – Freeway Underpass\n2. RESOLVE the City Department(s) with jurisdiction over the\nidentified locations are hereby directed and authorized to post\nappropriate notices of the above prohibitions at these locations,\nand to begin enforcement upon the expiration of any required\nposting period.
