Authorize the Director of Planning to present the resolutions and proposed General Plan amendments\n(Exhibits A, A.1, A.3, A.4, and A.5, A.6 and A.7) to the Mayor and City Council, in accordance with\nCity Charter Section 555 and LAMC Section 11.5.6, and the proposed zoning ordinances (Exhibit B.1-\nB.5 and C.1 and C.2) to the City Council, in accordance with City Charter Section 558 and LAMC\nSection 12.32; and
