(50)\n23-0494-S3\nMOTION (HARRIS-DAWSON - RODRIGUEZ) and RESOLUTION\nrelative to amending the Cooperative Implementation Agreement with\nthe California Department of Transportation (CALTRANS) to include\nthe Victory-Goodland Green Street & Cohasset Green Street and\nGlenoaks Median Green Street Projects.\nRecommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL\nOF THE MAYOR:\n1. AUTHORIZE the LASAN, StreetsLA and Board of Public Works\nwith assistance of the City of Administrative Office, to process to\nexecute the amended Cooperative Implementation Agreement\nwith Caltrans to receive the allocated grant funds from Caltrans\nto secure up to $4,695,846 for work completed for the Victory-\nGoodland Green Street & Cohasset Green Street Project and\nthe Glenoaks Median Green Street Project.\n2. ADOPT the City Council the accompanying Resolution to further\nimplement the amended Cooperative Implementation\nAgreement to add the Victory-Goodland Green Street &\nCohasset Green Street Project and the Glenoaks Median Green\nStreet Project to the AGREEMENT.\n3. ADD $4,695,846 in funding from CALTRANS to the\nAGREEMENT's initial amount of $11,886,981, revising the total\naward to $16,582,827.\n4. AUTHORIZE LASAN to approve appropriations, transfers, and\ndeposits not to exceed a total amount of $4,695,846 from\nCaltrans funds to the Stormwater Pollution Abatement Fund\n(511), Department Revenue Source Code 381100\n(Reimbursement from Other Agencies), upon agreement\namendment execution with Caltrans.\n5. TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $2,500,000 from Department\nRevenue Source Code 381100 to the Stormwater Pollution\nAbatement Fund (511), Department 50, Appropriation Unit No.\n50C387 [On Call Contractors (Emergency Funds)] for the Santa\nYnez Debris Basin 69 Sediment Removal Project.\n6. TRANSFER and CREATE a new appropriation for $2,195,846\nin the Stormwater Pollution Abatement Fund (511), Department\nRevenue Source Code 381100 to a new appropriation entitled\n"Oro Vista Local Area Urban Flow Management Project".\n7. AUTHORIZE the Board of Public Works and LASAN to prepare\nController instructions to transfer funds related to this matter,\nmake any technical corrections necessary consistent with\nCouncil's actions on this matter.\n8. AUTHORIZE the Controller to implement these instructions.
