(51)\n26-0524\nCD 3\nMOTION (BLUMENFIELD - HERNANDEZ) relative to funding for\nsummer programming and events at Warner Center Park in Council\nDistrict 3, to be coordinated by the Valley Cultural Foundation.\nRecommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL\nOF THE MAYOR:\n1. TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $330,000 from the Village at\nWestfield Topanga Public Benefits Trust Fund No. 56Q-l 4 to a\nnew Account in the Cultural Affair's Department Trust Fund No.\n844-30, Account No. TBD entitled "Valley Cultural Foundation\nSummer Programming - Warner Center Park" for summer\nprogramming and events at Warner Center Park in Council\nDistrict 3, to be coordinated by the Valley Cultural Foundation.\n2. AUTHORIZE the Department of Cultural Affairs to make any\ncorrections, clarifications or revisions to the above fund transfer\ninstructions, including any new instructions, in order to\neffectuate the intent of this Motion, and including any\ncorrections and changes to fund or account numbers; said\ncorrections/ clarifications/ changes may be made orally,\nelectronically or by any other means.\n3. INSTRUCT and AUTHORIZE the Department of Cultural Affairs\nto prepare, process and execute the necessary documents with\nand/or payments to the Valley Cultural Foundation, or any other\nagency or organization, as appropriate, utilizing the above\namount, for the above purpose, subject to the approval of the\nCity Attorney as to form.
