(45)\n23-0792-S5\nCD 1\nMOTION (HERNANDEZ - SOTO-MARTINEZ) relative to funding to\ncontinue supplemental community beautification and clean-up efforts,\nincluding one additional clean-up crew and equipment, at the Mayfair\nHotel.\nRecommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL\nOF THE MAYOR:\n1. TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $250,000 in the General City\nPurposes Fund No. 100-56, Account No. 000615 (Additional\nHomeless Services-Council) to the Board of Public Works Fund\nNo. 100-74, Account No. 3040 (Contractual Services) to\ncontinue supplemental community beautification and clean-up\nefforts, including one additional clean-up crew and equipment,\nat the Mayfair Hotel in Council District 1, currently being\nprovided by the Chrysalis Center under City Contract C-146161.\n2. INSTRUCT and AUTHORIZE the Board of Public Works (Office\nof Community Beautification) to prepare, process and execute\nthe necessary documents with and/or payments to the Chrysalis\nCenter, or any other agency or organization, as appropriate,\nutilizing the above amount, for the above purpose, subject to\nthe approval of the City Attorney as to form.\n3. AUTHORIZE the Department of Public Works to make any\ncorrections, clarifications or revisions to the above fund transfer\ninstructions, including any new instructions, in order to\neffectuate the intent of this Motion, and including any\ncorrections and changes to fund or account numbers; said\ncorrections/ clarifications/ changes may be made orally,\nelectronically or by any other means.
