AMEND Recommendation C to read as follows:\nPermit the LAHD to temporarily waive the existing Linkage Fee\nGuidelines in order to allocate funds to the Project Homekey\nProjects described in Recommendations G and H, of the LAHD\nreport dated March 12, 2026, prior to finalizing the new Linkage\nFee Guidelines.\nFiscal Impact Statement: The LAHD reports that there is no impact to\nthe General Fund.
