(38)\n26-0521\nCD 10\nMOTION (HUTT – LEE) relative to funding for various community\nbeautification services in the Koreatown community.\nRecommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL\nOF THE MAYOR:\n1. TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $250,000 from the AB1290\nFund No. 53P, Account No. 281210 (CD 10 Redevelopment\nProjects - Services) to the Board of Public Works Fund No. 100-\n74, Account No. 3040 (Contractual Services) for various\ncommunity beautification services in the Koreatown community\nof Council District 10, currently being provided by the\nKoreatown Youth+ Community Center under City Contract C-\n145562.\n2. INSTRUCT and AUTHORIZE the Board of Public Works (Office\nof Community Beautification) to prepare, process and execute\nthe necessary documents with and/or payments to the\nKoreatown Youth+ Community Center, or any other agency or\norganization, as appropriate, utilizing the above amount, for the\nabove purpose, subject to the approval of the City Attorney as\nto form.\n3. AUTHORIZE the Department of Public Works to make any\ncorrections, clarifications or revisions to the above fund transfer\ninstructions, including any new instructions, in order to\neffectuate the intent of this Motion, and including any\ncorrections and changes to fund or account numbers; said\ncorrections /clarifications/ changes may be made orally,\nelectronically or by any other means.
