CONSIDER the results of the Tax Equity and Fiscal\nResponsibility Act of 1982 (TEFRA) hearing held on November\n24, 2025 for the Hope Street hotel project, attached to the\nMotion.\n2. ADOPT the accompanying TEFRA RESOLUTION approving\nthe issuance of bonds in an amount not to exceed $85,000,000\nto provide financing, refinancing, and/or reimbursement for the\nacquisition, construction, development, equipping, and\noperation of an 11-story hotel located at 1130 South Hope\nStreet in Council District 14.\n(Continued from Council meeting of March 10, 2026.)
