19. RESIDENTIAL CONCRETE IMPROVEMENT 2025-26 – FINAL PAYMENT (PUBLIC WORKS)\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve the final payment to C J Concrete Construction, Inc. of Santa Fe Springs, California for\n$312,360 (Less 5% Retention); and\n2. Approve the final contract amount with C J Concrete Construction, Inc. in the amount of\n$312,360; and\n3. Authorize the Director of Public Works to execute Contract Change Order Nos. 1 – 2 in an\naggregate amount of $159,710; and\n4. Authorize the Director of Public Works to file the Notice of Completion with the Los Angeles\nCounty Registrar-Recorder; and\n5. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.\nAPPOINTMENTS TO BOARDS, COMMITTEES, AND COMMISSIONS\nCOUNCIL COMMENTS\nCouncilmember announcements; requests for future agenda items; conference/meeting reports.\nMembers of the City Council will provide a brief report on meetings attended at the expense of the local\nagency as required by Government Code Section 53232.3(d).
