PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 10009 CONFIRMING THE FISCAL\nYEAR 2026-27 ENGINEER’S REPORT FOR THE ANNUAL SANTA FE SPRINGS LIGHTING DISTRICT\nNO. 1 AND LEVYING SUCH ASSESSMENTS (PUBLIC WORKS)\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Conduct a Public Hearing and consider adopting Resolution No. 10009 confirming the Fiscal\nYear 2026-27 Engineer’s Report for the Annual Santa Fe Springs Lighting District No. 1; and\n2. Authorize the Levying of the Fiscal Year 2026-27 Assessments; and\n3. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.\nOLD BUSINESS – NONE\nREGULAR BUSINESS – NONE\nCONSENT CALENDAR\nAll matters listed under the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine. Any items a Councilmember\nwishes to discuss should be designated at this time.
