17. VALLEY VIEW AVENUE AND ALONDRA BOULEVARD INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENT – AWARD OF\nCONTRACT (PUBLIC WORKS)\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Award a construction contract to Marjani Builders, Inc. for $2,685,191 for the Valley View Avenue\nand Alondra Boulevard Intersection Improvement Project; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement, and\n3. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
