14. AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE TWO (2) MOBILE MESSAGING LED VIDEO TRAILERS USING\nPROPOSITION C LOCAL RETURN FUNDS AND GENERAL FUND RESERVES\n(PARKS AND RECREATION)\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Authorize the purchase of two (2) mobile messaging LED video trailers from Musco Sports\nLighting in the amount not to exceed $326,712.50; and\n2. Approve the use of Proposition C Local Return funds of $326,712.50 as approved by the Los\nAngeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LA Metro); and\n3. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
