23. 26-54816\nRecommendation to affirm that the proposed ordinance amendments and Local\nCoastal Program Amendment are exempt from the California Environmental\nQuality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15304 (Minor Alterations to Land) and\n15311 (Accessory Structures) (CE-25-143);\nDeclare ordinance amending Title 5, Title 8 and Title 10 of the Long Beach\nMunicipal Code by repealing and replacing Chapters 5.37, 5.51, 8.40, 8.44, 8.45,\n10.22, and 10.24 all relating to mobile food facilities, read the first time and laid\nover to the next regular meeting of the City Council for final reading;\n26-54817\nDeclare ordinance approving a Zoning Code Amendment (ZCA25-002), and adopt\nthe proposed findings related thereto, to amend Long Beach Municipal Code\n(LBMC) Chapters 21.15, 21.32, 21.33, 21.35, 21.45, 21.51, 21.52, and 21.53 of\nTitle 21 (Zoning) related to the definition of mobile food facilities (i.e. mobile food\ntrucks) and their operation on private property to support proposed changes to Title\n5 (Regulations of Businesses, Trades and Professions) and Title 8 (Health and\nSafety) of the LBMC, read the first time and laid over to the next regular meeting of\nthe City Council for final reading;\n26-54818\nDeclare ordinance amending Chapters 22.15 and 22.25 of Title 22 (Transitional\nZoning Code: Zone in Specified Areas) related to the definition of mobile food\nfacilities (i.e. mobile food trucks) and their operation on private property to support\nproposed changes to Title 5 (Regulations of Businesses, Trades and Professions)\nand Title 8 (Health and Safety) of the LBMC, read the first time and laid over to the\nnext regular meeting of the City Council for final reading; and\n26-54819\nAdopt resolution supporting a Local Coastal Program Amendment (LCPA25-002)\nto implement the establishment of new regulations for mobile food facilities in Title\n21 (Zoning) to implement proposed changes of Title 5 and Title 8 of the LBMC and\nauthorizing City Manager, or designee, to submit LCPA25-002, and associated\nmaterials and findings, related to changes to Title 21 of the LBMC to the California\nCoastal Commission for its review and certification in compliance with the Certified\nLocal Coastal Program.
