Consideration of a request by the Cudahy Youth Foundation to waive the Temporary Use Permit\n(TUP No. 2026-01) application fee for a Firework Sales Permit to conduct their annual fireworks\nsales (page 31)\nPresented by the Community Development Director/ Assistant City Manager\nRecommendation:\nStaff is recommending the City Council consider a request from Cudahy\nYouth Foundation (“Applicant”) to waive the Temporary Use Permit\n(“TUP”) fee, in the amount of $610, for their annual fireworks sales, and\ntake one of the following action(s):\n1. Approve the request and waive the TUP application fee.\n2. Deny the request for a full fee waiver and approve a partial fee\nwaiver determined by City Council.\n3. Deny the request to waive the TUP application fee.
