10.\nServices Agreement with Good Guard Security, Inc.\nRecommendation:\nA. Approve and authorize the City Administrator to execute a Services Agreement with Good Guard Security, Inc. (Good Guard), in substantially the same form as submitted, to provide unarmed security guard services for a total amount not-to-exceed $3,067,821.56 for a three-year term; and\nB. Authorize a contingency amount of ten percent (10%) or $306,782.16 in the event of unforeseen services and expenses, and grant authority to the City Administrator to issue amendments for an amount up to the contingency amount, if necessary.
