Item 55:\nAuthorization to Execute a First Amendment to the Contract with FileOnQ Inc. to\nProvide Software, Licensing, and Maintenance and Support Services for the\nProperty and Inventory Management Systems.\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nThe total cost of this action increases the not-to-exceed value by $650,000 bringing the\ntotal not-to-exceed $1,300,000 for the ten year term. The contract will be funded from the\nPolice Department General Fund.\nCouncil District(s) Affected: Citywide.\nProposed Actions:\nAdopt the following Ordinance which was introduced on 4/7/2026, Item 51, (Council\nvoted 8-0, Council President Pro Tem Lee-not present):\n(O-2026-106)\nOrdinance authorizing the Mayor, or his designee, to execute the First Amendment to the\nAgreement with FileOnQ, Inc., extending the Agreement for an additional one year with\nup to four additional one-year options, for a total term of ten years, and to increase the\nnot-to-exceed amount by $650,000, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $1,300,000 to\nprovide software, licensing, maintenance, and support services for the property and\ninventory management systems.\n6 votes required pursuant to Charter Section 99.\nCommittee Actions Taken:\nThis item was heard at the Public Safety Committee meeting on March 11, 2026.\nACTION: Motion by Vice Chair Campillo, second by Committee Member Campbell, to\nrecommend Council approval of staff’s proposed actions.\nVOTE: 4-0; von Wilpert-yea, Campillo-yea, Campbell-yea, Whitburn-yea.\nPolice: Joseph Schnider, (619) 531-2898\nCity Attorney Contact: Jill S.
