15. Homeland Security Grant Program Award and Ballistic Shield Purchase\nThat the Honorable City Council:\n(1) Adopt Resolution No. 26-022, accepting grant funds for the 2023 Homeland\nSecurity Grant Program (HSGP);\n(2) Adopt Resolution No. 26-023, amending the annual budget for fiscal year 2025-\n2026 to reflect an additional appropriation in the amount of $31,417; and\n(3) Authorize the purchase of Ballistic Shields from Black Box Safety.
