5.1 Adopt a Resolution Authorizing the Appointment of Sandra Medina, a CalPERS\nRetiree, as Interim City Clerk to Comply with California Government Code Section\n21221(h).\nRECOMMENDATION:\nA. Adopt a Resolution entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY\nCOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING\nSANDRA MEDINA AS INTERIM CITY CLERK; and\nB. Authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with CalPERS Retired\nAnnuitant Sandra Medina to appoint her as the Interim City Clerk.
