13.\nADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 26-28 APPROVING THE ENGINEER'S REPORT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2026-\n27 ANNUAL LEVY OF ASSESSMENTS FOR THE NATASHA LANE SEWER AND STORM WATER PUMP\nSTATION ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 2005-2 AND SETTING A DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 26-28 (Attachment A) approving the Fiscal Year 2026-27 Engineer’s Report\n(Attachment B) for the Annual Natasha Lane Sewer and Storm Water Assessment District No. 2005-2,\nsetting a date for the Public Hearing for the regular meeting scheduled for June 24, 2026 at 6:00 pm; and\n2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
