16.\nAPPROVE AGREEMENT NO. 4495 WITH 1921 MARKETING SERVICES FOR TURNKEY BUS ADVERTISING\nSERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Agreement No. 4495 with 1921 Marketing Services (1921 Marketing), to provide turnkey Bus\nAdvertising Services, for a one-year term with the option for renewal of up to two (2), additional one-year\n(1-year) terms; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute and finalize Agreement No. 4495 with 1921 Marketing on behalf\nof the City of Montebello; and\n3. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
