8E.\nAmendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with Michael\nBaker International (MBI) for additional professional civil engineering\nconstruction support services for the Leucadia Streetscape Segment C West\nProject (CS23D) and North Coast Highway 101 Drainage Improvements\nProject (CD23A) (together referred to as "Project"). Environmental\nConsiderations: Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act,\nenvironmental clearance for the project was provided under the Final\nEnvironmental Impact Report for the North Coast Highway 101 Streetscape\nImprovement Project (10-035 DR/CDP/EIR and 10-036 GPA/SPA/LCPA) and\nthe Addendum to the Final Environmental Impact Report (SUBC-005527-\n2022) and NEPA was completed (HUD Grant No. B-23-CP-0159, SCH No.\n2015091084) for the North Highway 101 Drainage Improvements Project\n(CD23A). Contact Person: Interim Assistant Director of Engineering Widelski\nRecommended Action: Authorize the City Manager, or designee, in\nconsultation with the City Attorney, to execute Amendment No. 2 to the\nAgreement with MBI for professional civil engineering construction support\nservices in substantial form, for the Leucadia Streetscape Segment C West\nProject (CS23D) and North Highway 101 Drainage Improvements Project\n(CD23A), to add $200,000 of capacity to the professional services agreement,\nfor a new not-to-exceed amount of $581,369 over the duration of the\nagreement.\n2026-04-22 Item 08E MBI Streetscape Contract Amendment 2
