This project is also categorically\nexempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 Class 1 (Existing\nFacilities), in that the short-term rental Municipal Code amendments relate to\nthe licensing, permitting, and operation of a short-term rental within an existing\nprivate structure that involves negligible or no expansion of use.
