12.9 Consideration and Approval to Increase the Contingency for the Construction\nContract No. 23PW07079 with Boudreau Pipeline Corporation for the Garvey Avenue\nStreet and Drainage Improvement Project, CIP No. 884 in the Amount of $1,080,000 for\na Total Amount Not-to-Exceed Amount of $2,239,113.\nRECOMMENDATION OF BUSINESS ITEM UNDER CONSIDERATION:\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Consider and approve an increase to the contingency for Construction Contract No.\n23PW07078 with Boudreau Pipeline Corporation in the amount of $1,080,000 for the\nGarvey Avenue Street and Drainage Improvement Project, CIP No. 884;\n2. Consider and approve the appropriation from Measure R Local Return Fund Account\nNumber 212-68-677-4-0-82210-P0884 in the amount of $580,000, and Transportation\nDevelopment Act Fund Account Number 206-68-677-4-0-82210-P0884 in the amount of\n$500,000; and\nCity Council Regular Meeting of April 22, 2026\n3.
