J.\nAwarding and Authorizing a Professional Service Agreement with\nEnvironmental Compliance Inspection Services for Fats, Oils and\nGrease Inspection Services -  That the City Council adopt Resolution\n7761: 1. Approving and awarding a professional services agreement with\nEnvironmental Compliance Inspection Services in the amount of $52,575 to\n\nprovide Fats, Oils and Grease Inspection Services for the original three (3)\nyears in a not-to-exceed amount of $52,575; and, 2. Authorizing and\ndirecting the City Manager to execute the Agreement; and, 3. Authorizing\nthe City Manager the option to extend the Agreement up to two (2)\nadditional one-year terms after its original term for a not-to-exceed amount\nof $17,525 per additional term.
