11.10\nConsideration of a Resolution Approving a First Amendment to the Engagement\nLetter Agreement with Colantuono, Highsmith & Whatley, PC for Special Legal\nServices Related to the Proposed Sale of the Water System\nRECOMMENDATION: It is staff’s recommendation that the City Council:\n1. Adopt the attached Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a\nFirst Amendment to the Engagement Letter Agreement with Colantuono,\nHighsmith & Whatley, PC for Special Legal Services related to the proposed\nsale of the water system; and\n2.
