4.G.\nACCEPTANCE OF GRANT FROM THE CALIFORNIA ENERGY COMMISSION (CEC) FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE\nCALIFORNIA AUTOMATED PERMIT PROCESSING (CalAPP) PROGRAM AND APPROVAL OF ASSOCIATED\nGRANT AGREEMENT\n— Recommended Action: 1) Accept a grant from the California Energy Commission (CEC) for participation in\nthe California Automated Permit Processing (CalAPP) Program in the amount of $60,000; 2) Approve the grant\nagreement and ratify the City Manager's signature on said grant agreement; 3) Authorize the City Manager and\nCity Attorney to make any necessary, non-monetary changes to the agreement; and, 4) Allocate $60,000 from\nthe undesignated General Fund balance for this purpose.
