4.F.\nAMENDMENT NO. 8 TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 19-01 WITH YUNEX, LLC FOR TRAFFIC\nSIGNAL MAINTENANCE SERVICES\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve Amendment No. 8 to Professional Services Agreement (PSA) Number 19-\n01 with Yunex, LLC, for traffic signal maintenance services; 2) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to\nmake any necessary, non-monetary changes to the Amendment; 3.) Authorize the City Manager and City Clerk\nto execute the Amendment; and, 4) Determine that dispensing with competitive bidding pursuant to Municipal\nCode Section 3.28.080 (H) is in the best interest of the City due to the proposed contract rates being lower\nthan comparable rates in similar current bids.
