K.\nApproving and Authorizing the Purchase of a Mechanical Beach\nCleaner for Coastal Grooming and Beach Maintenance, and Budget\nAmendment BA #26-10-02 - That the City Council adopt Resolution 7762:\n1. Authorizing the purchase of one (1) Barber Surf Rake for coastal\ngrooming and beach maintenance in the not-to-exceed amount of\n$90,171.25; and, 2. Authorizing and directing the City Manager to approve\na purchase order and any necessary related documents for the coastal\ngrooming equipment purchase; and, 3. Approving Budget Amendment BA\n#26-10-02 in the amount of $90,171.25; and, 4. Authorizing the City\nManager to surplus existing equipment upon the completion of the new\nequipment purchase.
