6.A.\nPUBLIC HEARING TO ADOPT A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027 COMMUNITY\nDEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT ANNUAL ACTION PLAN\n— Recommended Action: 1) Hold a public hearing to review and receive comments for the FY 2026-2027\nCommunity Development Block Grant (CDBG) Annual Action Plan; 2) Adopt a resolution approving the Annual\nAction Plan; and, 3) Authorize submission of the Annual Action Plan and all certifications and assurances\ncontained therein to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
