Approve the plans and\nspecifications for Park Improvements for Cabot Park, El Conejo Park,\nMacKenzie Park, San Remo Park, and Veeh Ranch Park, CIP 241; 2. Authorize\nthe advertisement for bids for Park Improvements for Cabot Park, El Conejo\nPark, MacKenzie Park, San Remo Park, and Veeh Ranch Park, CIP 241; 3.\nAuthorize the City Engineer to make minor edits to the plans and\nspecifications as necessary prior to bidding; and 4. Find that environmental\nreview is not required under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\npursuant to the California Code of Regulations, Title 14, Chapter 3, Section\n15301 as a Class 1 Categorical Exemption - “Existing Facilities.”\n7.2.2 Authority to Advertise for Construction, Acceleration/Refuge Lane Median\nIsland Modification on Moulton Parkway at Mandeville Drive, CIP 303\nRecommendation: That the City Council 1. Approve the plans and specifications for\nAcceleration Lane Median Island Modification on Moulton Parkway at Mandeville\nDrive, CIP 303; 2. Authorize the advertisement for bids for Acceleration Lane\nMedian Island Modification on Moulton Parkway at Mandeville Drive, CIP 303; 3.\nAuthorize the City Engineer to make minor edits to the plans and specifications as\nnecessary prior to bidding; and 4. Find that environmental review is not required\nunder the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to the California\nCode of Regulations, Title 14, Chapter 3, Section 15301 as a Class 1 Categorical\nExemption - “Existing Facilities."\n7.2.3 Review of Agreements for On-Call Environmental Review Consulting\nServices and On-Call Planning and Environmental Consulting Services\nRecommendation: That the City Council receive the report.
