Authorize the advertisement for bids for Acceleration Lane\nMedian Island Modification on Moulton Parkway at Mandeville Drive, CIP 303; 3.\nAuthorize the City Engineer to make minor edits to the plans and specifications as\nnecessary prior to bidding; and 4.
