5.D.\nPLACEMENT AGREEMENT WITH BAY AREA COMMUNITY RESOURCES TO HOST CALIFORNIA CLIMATE\nACTION CORPS FELLOWS\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve the Placement Agreement with Bay Area Community Resources to host\nCalifornia Climate Action Corps fellows; 2) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make any\nnecessary, non-monetary changes to the agreement; 3) Authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute\nthe agreement and other related documents as necessary; and, 4) Approve a budget amendment in the\namount of $10,000 for this purpose.
